|Now tie in some good hackle. Rust used here.|
|Add foam. This is roughly 1/4" wide with a tail section.|
|Wrap foam around hook. Evenly space.|
|Cut off excess in a round or square fashion.|
|Wrap hackle evenly in thread space. |
Tie in wing behind head.
PS-Trim hackle below wing for better lay.
|Add small clump of elk or caribou behind head.|
