Fly Fishing Buddy - Miss You

Colonel,

Thanks so much for the reply. Miss you too guy. Sorry we can't get together and yes I really miss the White River as well. If you ever go back down try Woodsman's Sports in Norfolk. Can fish the White and Norfolk (better fishing) and is located only 20 minutes below Mountain Home. Ask for Kendra and tell her I sent you. Her dad has now been deceased for years. He, Morrell, was a Vietnam vet and a very close friend. I used to change Kendra's diapers when she was little. Now she has children of her own. Also thanks for the kind fly fishing words.

Come see me.

Subject: RE: 2017 Upcoming Fly Fishing Trips

Wish I could YSF.....but can’t leave right now due to commitments.

Went to White river for a weekend trip 2 weeks ago and had a good time.  I thought of you while I was there.

I found a quiet spot on the river and thought about when we first went to the bighorn. You're a great guy and true sportsman.  I remember watching you so effortlessly making perfect casts and thought about how I wished I could fish that good.  Well, I’m a better fisherman today but not as good as you.  I appreciate your friendship and will cherish my memories on the Bighorn.  You inspired me to pick up my old fly rod and I've had so much fun. Thanks YSF!  Tight lines buddy!

And screaming reels to all.
